Chipped, knocked out or aching?
Call the practice as early in the day as you can and we'll hold time for urgent problems. If an adult tooth is knocked out, keep it in milk and bring it straight in. Outside our hours, Dubbo Base Hospital's emergency department can help with serious pain, swelling or facial injury.
New patients
Your first visit, without the guesswork
No referral needed. Bring your Medicare and health-fund cards and we'll take care of the paperwork. Your first appointment is an exam, any X-rays we need, a clean, and a written run-through of your options and their cost before anything goes ahead.
What to bring
Medicare card, private health-fund card, any recent scans or referrals, and a list of medications you take.
Nervous patients
Tell us when you book. We'll go slower, explain each step, and stop whenever you need a break. Plenty of our patients used to avoid the dentist entirely.
Kids & the CDBS
Eligible children can be bulk-billed for basic dental under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule — ask us to check when you call.
Getting in the door
The practice is at street level on Whylandra Street with step-free entry. There's on-street parking out the front and more off-street parking nearby. Let us know if you need a hand and we'll meet you at the entrance.

We're a HICAPS provider, so most people swipe their private health card at the desk and only pay the difference. All major funds are welcome.
